Symptoms

Is is not possible to change password for Staff members, it fails with error:

Error Request to IM failed with code 405 for method POST URI http://10.8.101.3:4465/paci/v1.0/user: Server responded with code 405 and no message

POA version is less than 5.5.2, including 5.4.X

Cause

The issue is caused by CCU-6817. The issue has been fixed in POA 5.5.2 version, please refer to the release notes for additional details:

Resolution

Consider to upgrade POA up to at least 5.5.2 version.
