Is is not possible to change password for Staff members, it fails with error:

Error Request to IM failed with code 405 for method POST URI Server responded with code 405 and no message

POA version is less than 5.5.2, including 5.4.X


The issue is caused by CCU-6817. The issue has been fixed in POA 5.5.2 version, please refer to the release notes for additional details:


Consider to upgrade POA up to at least 5.5.2 version.

If the upgrade is impossible, please contact Parallels Technical Support to get the workaround:
