A customer does not receive e-mail notifications.


Notifications are disabled for that customer.


Please check the customer account notifications settings under Top > Account Director > Customer Manager > Customers > %customer_name% > Notifications

Customers can also configure notification settings in their customer panels under Account > Notification Settings
