DNS records for a Plesk domain named domain.tld located on Plesk node #12 are not propagated to PBAS. When I go Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > domain.tld > DNS Records Suppliers tab I see
WARNING: No DNS records were found at plesk node #12 for current domain. Perhaps domain is not used yet.
"Synchronize suppliers" button does not help.
Ther are two possible causes: 1. Domain subscription domain.tld is used by wrong Plesk subscription; 2. Domain subscription and Plesk domain or client subscription belong to different accounts.
- Go Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > domain.tld > Edit and select the correct subscription.
- Go Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > domain.td and press "Change Account". Follow the wizard to switch the domain account to account that holds Plesk subscription.
