Customer did not pay renewal order in time. As a result his domain subscription was stopped on PBA and POA side.
After paying renewal order subscription is enabled back in PBA, but not in POA.
The issue was assigned internal ID PBA-58129 (" Domain subscription stays disabled in POA after renewal order is processed") and is scheduled to be fixed in PBA 5.5.8.
Plaese enable subscription in POA using POA API call pem.enableSubscription
