If I login as a customer to the Control Panel and select the PA Subscription this error message raises and the customer can't manage his webspace:
**PA control panel is currently unavailable**. Please try again later.
Communication with the API is working, i can see the Error message in catalina.out on the PA node:
From catalina.out: Jun 30, 2014 12:06:39 PM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapperValve invoke SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [PBASIntegrationGateway] in context with path  threw exception [Can't login as user (java.lang.Exception: PBAS login is not allowed.: PBAS login is not allowed.)] with root cause java.lang.Exception: PBAS login is not allowed.
OBAS main IP was changed in configuration recently:
[root@customer ~]# cat /etc/hspc/hspc.conf | grep -i server_ip SERVER_IP = 22.214.171.124 #SERVER_IP = 126.96.36.199
But corresponding services were not restarted. Now PA expects the connections from the old IP, but OBAS connects from the new one.
Another cause is that PA host is resolved from OBAS host to an external IP address:
[root@obas ~]# ping pa.node PING pa.node (ex.ter.nal.one) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from ex.ter.nal.one: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.210 ms 64 bytes from ex.ter.nal.one: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.236 ms
While API address in the PA node settings is internal.
Restart hspcd service:
#service hspcd restart
If the issue will be reproducible, then on PPA node run
#service pemui restart
Review network configuration. As a workaround, add the string
/etc/hostson the OBAS server
