An order is stuck in "Provisioning" status, provisioning item which is not completed is a resource based on DummyGate. This item has been earlier marked as "Failed" in the list of provisioning items that require manual operation (Home > Operations > Provisioning > Manual Operation), which can be confirmed by searching the item id in the list of tasks (Home > Operations > Tasks). Now there are no associated failed events, but an order is stuck.
An issue described is caused by the bug with id #PBA-56822 ("Order with Manual Operation required may stuck in Provisioning status"). An issue is reproduced when the feature
FEA_SetResourcesInOneCall is enabled.
Trigger an event Upgrade Completed to complete an order (Operations>System>Settings>Upgrade Completed>Trigger Event) with the following parameters:
