Symptoms

With PRODUCT_MANAG_VIEW_PLANS privilege added to the role provider's staff member is unable to open any Service Plan on Service Plans tab.

Cause

Issue reported to Development team as bug #PBA-53366.

Resolution

The issue was fixed in PBA-E 5.5.4. Please upgrade to the latest version of PBA-E.
