Symptoms

When I change 'State' field in customer Profile in WHMCS, in Parallels Plesk Automation (PPA) this information is not updated.

Resolution

Customer's data is cached in browser tabs. To update it you have to reopen customer's profile page from 'Customers' screen, the 'state' field will be updated. This is expected behavior in PPA.
