Symptoms

  1. Login under customer/reseller fails with 'Horrible Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException' .
  2. The error in poa-ui.log:

    Logic error: attempt to fetch query attribute 'login_time' but there is no fetched row.
    

Cause

The issue is caused by bug #POA-83255.

The reason was that 'Maximum records for user' setting value at Top > System Director > Audit Manager > Login History > Setup , was set to "1".

Resolution

As workaround 'Maximum records for user' value should be set to "2" or greater.

Please contact your account manager to trace the status of POA-83255.
