Question

In PBA-E Home>Operation Director>Reports Manager>Sales in PBA-E < 5.5.x or Home>Finance>Reports>Sales in PBA-E >= 5.5.x select Total Sales for some period.

New Cnt column shows amount of Sales Orders greater then New Cnt column when you click on All order types to get details.

Answer

While total sales selected the value includes Plan Categories, Adjustments and Resource Categories, but when you click All order types this information is separated to 3 corresponding tabs and you are redirected to the tab Plan Categories and you see New Cnt only for Plan Categories. If you sum New Cnt from all 3 tabs you will get the same value.
