After migration of a subscription, PPA DNS gets updated with domain according to DNS template. However, IP address associated with "webmail" A record is the private IP of the management node, instead of its public IP (on the machine with several network interfaces). The result is that the webmail is not availabe after a migration.


Incorrect settings in the file "config.ini" of migration tool.


Please check the following section in the config.ini:

# [mandatory] webmail-ip 
# An external IP v4 address of the webmail service node.
# If your PPA configuration does not have a separate webmail service node,
# specify the external IP v4 address of the PPA management node.

Specify external IP address of webmail node there.
