When attempting to log in Plesk Automation CP as administrator, it is impossible to navigate through the control panel - the login form appears at the right frame. Even if credentials are entered, it is impossible to log in.
Users cannot login to the panel, the following error is shown:
Error: Credentials for application's account are required
PA does not synchronize Panel and SSO databases automatically during removing subscription in case of Customer login matches with the name of domain. The behavior was caused by software issue #PPA-2430. The fix is included in MU #13.
