A Plesk domain in Operations Automation (OA) is shown as "not registered" when you try to click Resubmit to Parallels Plesk Panel, or the domain stays not in sync and the error message "Domain is not registered in Parallels Plesk Panel" appears.


The domain's registrar status is incorrect - probably due to failed/canceled tasks.


  1. Check the registrar status in Top > Operations Director > DNS Manager > Domains and set it to ready if it is not
  2. Check the DNS Hosting type in the Customer Control Panel. For a Plesk domain, it should be Plesk DNS hosting
  3. Run tasks to sync the zone using the API method pem.syncNameServers (internal). See the API guide page 92 for details.

If the tasks fail with Plesk License is not installed, ensure that the OA service template contains a resource for the Plesk license.

Also, make sure that the system property "Domain registrar status default value" is "Ready" in OA > System Director > Configuration Manager > System Properties.

That value defines a default Registrar status applied to domains added to the CCP as 'registered elsewhere'.

Please keep in mind that Resellers can configure their own properties that override the Provider's.
