Symptoms

I'm trying to create a container's backup:

Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > Containers > %container% > Backups > Create backup

The task fails with following error:

Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > Action Log

The maximum size of all backups has been reached, no more backups can be created. Please upgrade your subscription. (error# 1) 

The following errors appear in the log (/var/log/hspc/hspc.log)

[2014/04/22 14:15:27] [WARN] [9511] [HSPC::CC::BackupAction::create_backup] [BackupAction/Task]: Backup fail. Subscription #34 for Virtuozzo Container #136 reach max size of allowed backups: 104857600. Already used size: 0, try add backup with size: 832827719.68
[2014/04/22 14:15:27] [DEBUG] [9511] [HSPC::ErrorStack::set_last_error] [ErrorStack]: 5308446 The maximum size of all backups has been reached, no more backups can be created. Please upgrade your subscription.

Cause

Number of backups and total size of all backups is exceeded:

Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > %Virtuozzo Container% > Billable Resources

Number of backups (numbks)      1 of 1048576 backup(s)
Total size of all backups (sizebks)         100 MB of 1024 GB

Resolution

Increase the limits in the hosting plan and synchronize the subscription:

Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > %Virtuozzo Container% > Subscriptions > Upgrade subscriptions
