Symptoms

It is not possible to remove the default contact for TLD in domain plug-in using the following steps:

  1. Go to Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins
  2. Select needed plugin
  3. Open TLDs tab and click on needed TLD.
  4. At the bottom of the page there will be the option "Use your contacts for customer's domains registration". Unselect needed contacts and press "Save" button.

Unselecting causes another contact to be set there.

Cause

Domain contacts are specified for wrong/non-existent domain.

Resolution

Since the issue requires complex manipulations with the database, it is recommended to contact Parallels Technical Support for assistance.
