Information

The main feature of domain registration by InterNetX is that the registrar sends the domain registration status responses (callback) via e-mail. Callback e-mail address is configured in plug-in settings:

Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > InterNetX > Plug-in Configuration

It might be necessary to submit the callback e-mail to the Registry. Kindly refer to the on-screen Help pages for more detail about plug-in configuration:

PCC > Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > InterNetX > General Settings > Help

and

PCC > Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > InterNetX > Plug-in Configuration > Help

Additional information

InterNetX is a mail plug-in, it relies on mail delivery on OBAS node. For troubleshooting domain registration issues it's suggested that you check mail delivery log in file /var/mail/root.
