There is a notification template that is using the placeholder @@Subscription_RenewalOrderTotal@, some customers receive the notification with an empty value for the placeholder.


@@Subscription_RenewalOrderTotal@ gets its value from Total of the generated subscription renewal order. If there is no renewal order for the subscription (e.g. auto-renewal is disabled), nothing is displayed for the placeholder.


Use the placeholder(s) @@Subscription_RenewalFee@ (fore renewal fee) and if necessary @@Subscription_SubscriptionFee@ (recurring fee), the values will be taken from the corresponding subscription period in the service plan. Please note if there any discounts the subscription is applicable for, the default values from the subscription period will still be used in the notification.
