What is Hardware ID (HWID)?

The Hardware ID, or HWID, is calculated based on server hardware, to be more precise - on network adapter. it is used to generate hardware-bound licenses. If hardware changes, it would cause HWID to change thus making license INVALID.

What to do if license became INVALID?

In order to continue using the Product, you should renew your license key to match new HWID. You can do it directly in Key Administrator if you have access to it, or contact your sales representative alternatively.
