A Service User was stuck in 'Deleting' state in the Customer Control Panel due to a canceled/deleted task that cannot be processed. Changing the customer status through the database and trying to delete it again does not result in Parallels Operations Automation (POA) scheduling the removal tasks.

The following appears in poa.debug.log:

Nov 18 02:29:04 AUSP01MPAR04 : INF [1:13600:1a54:1530 1:10336:3564 ActiveDirectory]: [txn:1579559 Plesk::AD::UserEntity::releaseCDIObject] CDI user with hsu_id = 1342582 not found
Nov 18 02:29:04 AUSP01MPAR04 : DBG [1:13600:1a54:1530 1:13600:1a00 HostedServiceUsers]: [txn:1579559 Plesk::HostedServiceUsers_impl::getUserSubscriptionBinding] ===> ENTRY

Most likely, due to an inconsistency of the POA database, external_guid is missing for this user in the actdir_entities table.

Please contact Odin Technical Support regarding the case.
