Application pools are crashing.

The following errors are present in the EventViewer:

    Exception code: 0xc000000d

    Faulting application path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\inetsrv\w3wp.exe
    Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\HSphere\bin\x86\HsLogModule.dll

Cause

Bug HSPH-85

Resolution

  1. Backup C:\Program Files\HSphere\bin\HsLogModule.dll and C:\Program Files\HSphere\bin\x86\HsLogModule.dll
  2. Replace the files from attachment:

    • C:\Program Files\HSphere\bin\HsLogModule.dll with HsLogModule.dll_x64
    • C:\Program Files\HSphere\bin\x86\HsLogModule.dll with HsLogModule.dll_x86
  3. Restart Hsphere service and IIS
