PA node is registered in OBAS according to PA Node Registration. Several PA subscriptions have been provisioned, however they are not available in user's CP:
Login to user's CP through PCC (OBAS PCC > Accounts director > Customers > %customer_name% > Login to CP) or directly (https://%pbas_node%/cp)
Select any PA subscription
The following error appears:
PA control panel is currently unavailable. Please try again later.
The issue may be caused by invalid integration of PA and OBAS. Verify integration settings in OBAS and PA nodes:
OBAS PCC > Top > Service Director > Parallels Automation Manager > Nodes > %ppa_node% > General Settings
API address: https://220.127.116.11:8440/RPC2 Frontend hostname: https://%ppa_node%:8443
PA > System > Settings > Public API
Access Point: https://10.0.0.123:8440/RPC2
Where 18.104.22.168 and 10.0.0.123 are external and internal IP Addresses of PA node.
Misconfiguration may be one of the following:
- The node is in Not available status under
Top > Service Director > Parallels Automation Manager > Nodes
- Incorrect NAT configuration: external IP Address 22.214.171.124 is not bound to internal IP Address 10.0.0.123.
PA Frontend hostname is not available from OBAS node:

Top > Service Director > Parallels Automation Manager > Nodes > Node name, press Connect and enter the node credentials.
- Reconfigure NAT settings: bind IP Address 126.96.36.199 to 10.0.0.123. Alternatively you may change "
API address" in OBAS and "
Access Point" in PA to be the same.
- Reconfigure NAT or change rules for resolving “
%ppa_node%” in /etc/hosts to make PA Frontend hostname be available from OBAS node.
