Symptoms

How To collect all required information to troubleshoot issues with API.

Resolution

To address issue related to the H-sphere API the following information should be collected:

  1. Detailed description of the issue
  2. Exact steps to reproduce the issue
  3. TCP traffic dump recorded during the issue to collect DCP dump please use the following command:

    tcpdump -l -i eth0 -s0 -w dump.8080.pcap port 8080
    

Please note that port has been configured according to H-sphere documentation and may differ from port 8080.
