  1. I have created additional domain/subdomain for subscription.

  2. I have generated some HTTP traffic for created additional domain/subdomain.

  3. Go to Customer Provider Panel > Websites&Domains > choose subdomain > Logs > I have got error:

    Unable to open log file: gzopen failed: date_default_timezone_get(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are required to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Asia/Novosibirsk' for 'NOVT/7.0/no DST' instead


The issue is considered to be a software issue #PPP-4610.


This issue has been fixed in Parallels Plesk Automation 11.5.
