PBA-S DNS Server is shown as not "In Use" on the "Nameservers" page in the Parallels Plesk Automation panel (PPA > Services > DNS Zones > DNS > Name Servers).


Also, the following error appears when I try to change a DNS record through PPA > DNS manager > Select Domain > DNS

Fatal error An unforeseen error occurred. Please contact

Detail Module: "ServiceManagement", code = "10" Properties: service_id = "2". Message: "Service #2 does not exist.". 


Misconfiguration of the DNS service on the Parallels Plesk Automation side.


Register the PBA-S as DNS Server in Parallels Plesk Automation again.

If the issue remains, contact Parallels Support for further troubleshooting.
