There is a Parallels Plesk Automation subscription with the domain %domain.tld%. The domain's DNS zone exists in Parallels Plesk Automation:

Parallels Plesk Automation > Services > DNS Zones > Registered Domains > %domain.tld% > DNS > DNS Records

But in Parallels Business Automation - Standard (PBA-S), the domain's DNS zone does not have any records from Parallels Plesk Automation:

PBA-S > Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > %domain.tld% > DNS Zone

The PBA-S name server is not set under the activation parameters for the DNS resource in Parallels Plesk Automation.

The PBA-S node should be the primary DNS for Parallels Plesk Automation. You can check this in the following way:

PBA-S node is registered as a name server in use:

Parallels Plesk Automation > Services > DNS Zones > DNS > Nameservers

ID Type Hostname IP address In Use
5 PBAS %pbas_node% Yes

PBA-S node is set as a "First nameserver":

Parallels Plesk Automation > Products > Resources > DNS > Activation Parameters

Click "Edit" and specify the PBA-S node as a First nameserver. For more details, refer to these documents:
