Root cause is in incorrectly registered PPA node in PBAS. According documentation PPA should be registered in PBAS as Parallels Automation node, not as Plesk Node. But currently PPA registered as Plesk node.


To fix provisioning issue, you have to re-register PPA in PBAS according documentation Managing Parallels Business Automation, page 39.
