When login to the Customer Control Panel > Websites & Domains there is no Database button, so it is impossible to create new database.
The webspace does not have database resource type provisioned.
Note: The solution below is applicable to single-webspace subscriptions. It is impossible to provision new resources to an existing webspace for multiple-webspace subscriptions.
Check if either MySQL database, Microsoft SQL database or PostgreSQL database resource type exists in the parent service template. If it is missing, add it with the following steps:
go to Products > Service Templates > click subscription's service template > Resources > Add resources > add needed DB resource
Change the limit of the DB resource to '1'
- Make sure that Number of databases sub-resource of a webspace resource has limit > '0'
Synchronize the subscription with Service Template:
- go to Operations > Subscriptions > click the subscription > click Change service template > choose the same service template > click Submit
If the solution does not work:
