Symptoms

From "Provisioning items" tab it is possible to add/remove provisioning items to/from the orders in "Provisioning" or "Completed" statuses. However the buttons "Add Resource", "Add Dependence Plan", "Add New Plan", "Remove Item" are supposed to be shown only for the orders which has not yet entered provisioning stage ("New" or "Open") or for orders in "Provisioning Failed" status.

How to disable these buttons for the orders in "Provisioning", "Completed", "Ready to Complete" or any other status?

Cause

Misconfiguration of the order flow.

Each order status has properties which enable/disable possibility to add/remove provisioning items:

Is Editable

The parameter defines whether the orders in this status can be modified (order headers only).

Is Addable

The parameter defines whether new items can be added to the orders in this status.

Is Deletable

The parameter defines whether the order items and order details can be deleted from the order in this status.

Resolution

If these properties have incorrect values (one can compare with the values set in the default order flow), they should be corrected from:

PBA 5.4: Home > Configuration Director > Order Processing > All Order Flows > select order flow > select order type > Order Statuses > select status > Edit

PBA 5.5: System > Settings > Order Processing > All Order Flows > select order flow > select order type > Order Statuses > select status > Edit
