How to find out timeout for the 'Long Running Operation' status of an order?
Timeout for the 'Long Running Operation' order status is defined by the 'Sumbit Timeout' parameter of the corresponding BA Service Gate that order is provisioned through, follow the steps below to find the timeout:
- Log into the BA Provider Control Panel
- Go to Settings > Service Gates
- Click on the needed Service Gate
- Find the value of the Submit Timeout (min) parameter (in minutes)
