The 'Account' tab is not shown in the POA Customer Control Panel being logged under a staff member (user) of a customer account.


The staff member in question has limited access to management of the account's subscriptions.


The account administrator should let the staff member in question to manage all customer's subscriptions - enable the 'Allow to manage any subscription' parameter for the staff member:
