Symptoms

I've purchased a regular license key for OBAS and installed it through

Top > Configuration Director > License Manager > Parallels Business Automation - Standard Licenses > Install License

After logout and login, OBAS does not work. The following message is shown:

Unfortunately, the application you are trying to access is unavailable.

Application has run out of Parallels Business Automation - Standard licenses.
Parallels Business Automation - Standard license for the application is expired, invalid, or missing.
Server is temporarily overloaded.

Here is property of installed license key:

Concurrently Logged Staff Members   OK  Active  10-Jan-2014 0   1   1                 

The following notifications appear in the error log (/var/log/hspcd/error_log):

License Violation: There is no free license count for ProviderCC license
License Violation: There is no valid ResellerCC license

Cause

Property "Logged Staff Members" is set to "1" in the license key.

Resolution

Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-29171 and was fixed in OBAS 4.5.2 release.

Please upgrade OBAS to the latest version to resolve the issue.
