Installation of 'PPA WHMCS Module' fails while following the module installation guide:

The proper permissions for web user are not set.

During 'PPA WHMCS' module installation guide it is needed to perform the following actions:

  1. Unpack the module archive to '<path_to_whmcs>/modules/servers' where '<path_to_whmcs>' is the WHMCS installation directory.

  2. Make sure that you set correct permissions for the folder PleskAutomation recursively, owner and group should not be 'root:root'.

  3. If you use some standalone Apache, set the following permissions:

    chown -R apache.apache <path_to_whmcs>/modules/servers/PleskAutomation
  4. Connect your PPA management node to WHMCS. To do this, log in to WHMCS as administrator and run the 'Add New Server' wizard in 'Setup > Products/Services > Servers'.

Please refer to the module installation guide for details.
