When accessing a website hosted on NG servers, a 403 error is thrown:

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Incorrect permissions are set on files or folders within webspace.

  1. Through Service Director > Shared Hosting Manager > Webspaces (NG), acquire the webspace ID,
  2. Check /var/log/httpd/error_log, on every NG webserver for error similar to Permission Denied,
  3. Check permissions on every directory mentioned in the error, and compare them with another webspace.
