A user cannot login to SpamExperts Antispam Control Panel from the POA Customer CP at Applications > SpamExperts Spamfilter > General. The following error message is shown:
Your account does not have access to the webinterface. Please contact your provider to have your account upgraded.
Limit of the 'SpamExperts Control Panel Access' resource is set to 0 in the subscription in question.
There are two ways to fix it:
If POA is integrated with PBA, the customer should upgrade the 'SpamExperts Control Panel Access' resource to 1 (provided that there is corresponding resource rate in the PBA Service Plan).
- In case of standalone POA the Provider may update the limit of the 'SpamExperts Control Panel Access' resource in the particular subscription in the POA Provider Control Panel at Operations Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > select subscription > Resources tab.
