Symptoms

A user cannot login to SpamExperts Antispam Control Panel from the POA Customer CP at Applications > SpamExperts Spamfilter > General. The following error message is shown:

Your account does not have access to the webinterface. Please contact your provider to have your account upgraded.

Cause

Limit of the 'SpamExperts Control Panel Access' resource is set to 0 in the subscription in question.

Resolution

There are two ways to fix it:

  1. If POA is integrated with PBA, the customer should upgrade the 'SpamExperts Control Panel Access' resource to 1 (provided that there is corresponding resource rate in the PBA Service Plan).

  2. In case of standalone POA the Provider may update the limit of the 'SpamExperts Control Panel Access' resource in the particular subscription in the POA Provider Control Panel at Operations Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > select subscription > Resources tab.
