AWStats web statistics is not updated for a website.
The following entries are present in the poa.debug.log on the webserver where the website in question is located:

The logparser on the shared hosting server where the problem website is hosted cannot upload website logs by FTP to the AWStats server for further processing due to any reason:
- FTP connections between servers are blocked by firewall
- Network connectivity problems
- AWStats server is down or hung
Make that the AWStats server is up and running and is accessible by FTP from all shared hosting servers (check routing between servers), try to upload logs manually.
- Make sure that FTP connections between hosting servers and AWStats server are not blocked in firewall.
