In order to complete domain renewal Provider staff member tries to complete the task for domain renewal that stays in the Manual Operation Queue in the PBA Provider Control Panel at Operation Director > Provisioning Manager > Manual Operations. When Provider clicks the 'Mark as Completed' or 'Mark as Failed' button, the following error message appears:

Domain is not being renewed manually - can not mark it as complete with manual renewal. Domain Status is Checking Renewal Status.

The domain status was manually changed to 'Checking renewal status' in the Manual Operation Queue. The request to prohibit changing status of domains registered through the Dummy Registrar has been submitted as PBA-40405.
