Symptoms

Task to set QoSes on Windows VPS failed with error:

ERROR:Invalid CPULIMIT "< 10 or > 100", minimum is 10, maximum is 100

Cause

It is caused by POA-76256:

Virtuozzo for Windows does not allow to set cpulimit to more than 100% (Virtuozzo for Linux does allow this though):

Parallels Parallels Virtuozzo Containers 4.6 for Windows User's Guide, page 152:

For the CPU limit parameter, you can enter any value in the range from 10 to 100

Please contact your account manager regarding the status of POA-76256.

Resolution

Go to Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > VPSs > <VPS name> > Resources > QoS and change parameter 'cpulimit' to value between 10% and 100%.
