I created subscription, but task "Prepare data for the web hosting service in the subscription" failed with error below:

There is no license key assigned to the node 'automation'.


Task failed because Management Node has no Parallels Plesk key assigned.


Parallels Plesk Automation(PPA) Management node requires two license keys:
- PPA key, installed to the node through License & Security > License Manager
- Parallels Plesk key, that should be assigned to the Management node through License & Security-> License Manager -> Additional licenses tab.

Parallels Plesk key should be assigned to the management node even if you do not use it for provisioning.

To assign Plesk license key to the management node please perform the following steps:

  1. Install to the management node in the Administration Panel > License & Security > License Manager > Additional Licenses tab > Install / Update.

  2. Assign it to the Management Node: click "Assign", select Management Node.

  3. Rerun failed tasks.
