Symptoms

It is impossible to delete Virtuozo hardware node from OBAS, the following error occurs:

Cannot delete the Hardware Node: On this node backup(s) are stored, delete it\them first

The following is shown on attempt to delete a backup:

File has already been scheduled for deletion. 
Backup(s) in question is\are in the "Removing" status.

Cause

The issue is likely caused by the fact that hardware node is offline or corrupted.

Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-15718 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.
