The subscription's service terms are different from those assigned to the service plan. Any way to understand when and by which user was the change initiated?
There are two possible sources of the change:
The service plan's service terms has been changed, but the subscriptions were not synchronized. To verify if that is true, PlanArc database table can be checked (note the possibility of changes on the provider's source plan if the plan is delegated).
The changes were done directly on the subscription from the provider's control panel by one of the staff members. The changes with the subscription are not kept in the SubscriptionArc table of the database, therefore the only way to check the history of the change is checking the BM.log if it is available. Such change is possible within the EditSubscription method execution.
