Symptoms

The following error is shown when try to check expiration date of domain registered with plug-in ESNIC through provider's panel:

Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > DOMAIN.TLD > Check expiry date

Error while get details from registrar. Plug-in response: No answer from server

The following warning messages appear in the log:

Cause

ESNIC has the following settings:

Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > ESNIC > Plug-in Configuration

Connection to ar.nic.es on port 443 is not possible from PBA-S node:

[root@pbas43 ~]# telnet ar.nic.es 443

telnet: connect to address 2001:67c:21cc:2000::64:55: Network is unreachable

Resolution

Reconfigure Firewall/NAT settings on PBA-S node to allow connection to ar.nic.es on port 443.
