The following error message appears in the poa.debug.log file on the POA Management Node:

Oct 22 20:04:49 osscore : ERR [1:1243:7fefdb90:165875 1:1243:7fefdb90 lib]: [hub_impl::acquire_own_cred] system exception, ID 'IDL:omg.org/CORBA/NO_PERMISSION:1.0' Unknown vendor minor code id (9c40000), minor code = 9c40004, completed = MAYBE

Resolution

This is the normal system behavior and there is nothing to worry about.

Provider's staff member may see all failed logins in the POA Provider Control Panel at System Director > Audit Manager > Failed Logins.
