Symptoms

Kayako Fusion 4.5* - 4.6* is integrated with OBAS according to OBAS integration with Kayako Fusion.

But it does not function in Chrome:

CP > Help and Support > Trouble Tickets

shows a white page.

Cause

Such behavior is considered to be a software issue with ID PBAS-29054 and it is fixed since OBAS version 4.5

Resolution

Upgrade OBAS to the latest version.
