Question

How to change default site template in Plesk Automation?

Answer

The default site template is stored in /var/www/vhosts/.skel/0/ on Management node.

To change default page/favicon connect to PA Management node via SSH and edit it in the /var/www/vhosts/.skel/0/httpdocs:

# ls -la /var/www/vhosts/.skel/0/httpdocs/
drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 4096 Sep 25 2014 .
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Nov 26 2013 ..
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Nov 26 2013 css
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1150 Nov 26 2013 favicon.ico
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Sep 25 2014 images
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Nov 26 2013 img
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2970 Sep 25 2014 index.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2225 Sep 25 2014 style.css
drwxr-xr-x 11 root root 4096 Nov 26 2013 test

NOTE: all changes will be applied to all newly virtual hosts both Linux- and Windows-based.
