Symptoms

OpenSRS SSL certificate provisioning fails with one of the following errors:

Cause

Invalid plug-in settings at

Top > Service Director > SSL Manager > Plug-ins > OpenSRS Plug-in

According to OpenSRS documentation (page 12) the following settings should be used:

If you plan to implement the API, here is some information about the ports and hostname:
· Test – host: horizon.opensrs.net, ports: 55443 and 55000
· Live – host: rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net, ports: 55443 and 55000

Resolution

Configure your plug-in according to recommended instructions.

NOTE: if port 55443 is used for rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net, change it to 55000.
