Non-metered traffic for VPS subscription cannot be decreased back to included value once bought additionally. A customer subscribes to a hosting plan with traffic non-metered and decides to downgrade.
Possible use-case: there is a hosting plan with 100GB traffic included, and the customer orders an extra 500GB. Customer is able to reduce his traffic from 600GB (100GB + 500GB extra) back to 200GB (100GB + 100GB extra) himself via
CCP > Buy Traffic > enter the new value (typing the value)
However, he is not allowed to change traffic back to 100GB.
This creates a Zero Billing order but the traffic still remains at the original value. However, this allows to upgrade or downgrade traffic to any other value (in 100GB increments).
Such behavior is considered to be a software issue. The fix will be included in future PBAS updates released after 4.5. You can track it using the following ID:
PBAS-28949 - Non-metered traffic for VPS subscription cannot be decreased back to included value once bought additionally
