Symptoms

I have several pending subscriptions at

Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Pending Subscriptions

What is the problem and needed fix for each?

Reason of the failure may be found in PBA-S Action Log.

Get order id of pending subscription:

Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Subscription #SUB_ID > Orders
