We've recently had many domain registration renewal orders failing as the Expiry date was set wrong. After manually checking the real expiry date ('Check expiry date' button) the expiry date is updated to the correct one and the renewal order is processed successfully.
Is it possible to check the real expiry date for all existing domain names automatically so that we can prevent this errors from repeating in the future?
You might want to use this setting:
Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Setup > Autofix if expiry date mismatch is less or equal to
In this case it should be small. If the difference between expiry dates is less that this number, the date will be adjusted. You may find more detail about the domain data consistency in chapter Domain Data Consistency of PBA-S Provider's Guide.
