Symptoms

An SSL certificate's (ID 2372) status is not being updated in Odin Business Automation Standard (OBAS). The order is stuck in "Pending" status. The error shown is:

Couldn't configure certificate (ID: %ID%) for DOMAIN.TLD: eNom communication level error: Error in response: 1. The cert cannot be configured because it is not in a valid status.

or

 Couldn't renew certificate: Cannot renew product since it's expiry date is either more than 60 days away or has already been expired for more than 15 days.

However, the SSL certificate already has been issued at eNom or GeoTrust. How can we mark the certificate as Issued?

Resolution

Since the hotfix requires complex manipulations with the database, it is recommended to contact Odin Technical Support for assistance.
