Symptoms

With a domain registration plug-in (e.g. eNom or EPAG) it is not possible to register domains through the store -- all domains are marked as "Not available".

The following could be found in the /var/log/hspc/hspc.log:

Cause

Invalid credentials were entered while configuring a domain registration plug-in under Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > Plugin_name > Plug-in Configuration

Resolution

Contact registrar support to verify Login and Password and update plug-in with the valid credentials.
